We are back with another Meet the Team series highlight. Meet our next care team leader, Jill Stites!
Jill is originally from Lima, Ohio (Go Bucks!) and serves on our team as the Life Enrichment Director. She is responsible for enriching the lives of our residents through physical, emotional, social and spiritual activities. She plans and executes our monthly activities calendar and meets with residents and their families to create an individualized plan for each person.
She also works with our many volunteers and local partners who come into the community to plan and execute other activities such as floral arrangements, church services and the list goes on!
Jill has always enjoyed serving people. She started working with adults with disabilities for over 20 years and transitioned to assisted living when she moved to Florida.
Something fun about Jill is that she served as a mascot for two of the local radio stations in Ohio. She can be described as compassionate, loyal and dependable.
